Shaker Wall Paint Styles & Colours
Shaker style peaked in the 18th-19th centuries and was borne out of simplicity. The style was reflected in furniture and handicrafts that are functional and possess clean lines. Colour schemes were limited with crisp contrasts using the very matt ‘milk-paints’ available at the time.
