Job Title: In-Store Design Consultant
Location: Craig & Rose Glasgow Store
Hours: Variable hours, guaranteed 2-3 days per week
Rate: £12.34 per hour


At Craig & Rose, we combine rich heritage with bold colour to inspire beautiful interiors. As our In-Store Design Consultant, you’ll be part of the team that brings this vision to life on the shop floor.

Based at our Glasgow store, you’ll work across customer service, product advice and in-store design. Supporting customers with everything from choosing the perfect colour to finalising their purchase. You’ll also lend a hand with tinting support when needed, so flexibility and a can-do attitude are key.

This is a varied, hands on role that suits someone who’s confident with people, passionate about design, and happy switching between front-of-house service and behind-the-scenes support.

You’ll be part of a small, passionate team where your ideas and enthusiasm will make a real impact.

What you’ll be doing:

  •         Helping customers on the shop floor with colour selection and purchase decisions
  •         Keeping the store clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing
  •         Supporting visual merchandising and displays in line with brand standards
  •         Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the Craig & Rose range
  •         Helping with stock replenishment and general store operations
  •      Supporting events, workshops, and promotional activity in store
  • Occasional tinting support
      •    Assisting the team with in-can tinting when required
      •    Helping to maintain the tinting area and equipment
      •    Preparing tinted paint orders accurately and safely

What we’re looking for:

  •          Confident communicator with a flair for customer interaction
  •          Interest in interiors, colour, or design is a plus
  •          Reliable, organised, and happy to multitask
  •          Comfortable working in a retail environment with changing priorities
  •          Flexible and willing to support across different areas of the store
