CHRISTMAS TRADING DATES

Place your order by the 15th of December for delivery before Christmas. Please note this is an incredibly busy time for couriers and while we will do our best to meet this, we cannot guarantee no courier delays.

Deliveries will continue until the 21st of December however won't be guaranteed to arrive until the new year. 

Our team will be taking a well earned break over Christmas:

• Our warehouse will be closing on the 22nd of December and reopen on the 3rd of January.
• Our Customer Service team will finish on the 22nd of December and be back on the 2nd of January to assist with all enquiries.
• Our Showrooms will be closing at 5pm on the 23rd of December and be open again on the 3rd of January.

 

CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY

Any items purchased on our website between the 1st of December and the 31st of December 2023 will have up to and including the 31st of January 2024 to be returned to us inline with our return policy, see full T&C's.
