Customer & Product Manager (6–9 Month Contract)
Hybrid – London King’s Cross + WFH

We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Customer & Product Manager to join us on a 6-9 month contract and help shape how our iconic brand shows up in store and online.

You'll work across multiple channels and retail partners, supporting product road mapping, campaign rollouts and POS development that helps us win at the shelf.

What you'll be doing:

  • Get to know the products, inside and out: Understand the features and benefits that make our paints stand out. You’ll help shape clear, compelling messaging that communicates why our products matter across POS, packaging, digital and retail channels. 
  • Lead day today POS and packaging delivery: Ensure assets are delivered on time and on brand to key retailer partners, bringing consistency and standout across every touchpoint.
  • Support retail and marketplace activation: Keep product content, imagery and messaging up to date across third-party retailers, making sure our brand shows up brilliantly every time.
  • Keep things running smoothly: Be the safe pair of hands juggling multiple timelines, workstreams and deadlines working closely with supply chain, sales and operations. You’ll help keep projects on track, teams aligned and details watertight.
  • Apply insight where it counts: Use performance data, retail feedback and customer insight to guide messaging, asset development and product storytelling that resonates and delivers.

What you'll bring:

  • Solid experience in customer or product marketing, ideally in a DIY retail, FMCG, or consumer brand environment.
  • Hands on experience with POS development and in-store marketing delivery.
  • Confidence working with retailers and third-party marketplaces.
  • A practical, organised mindset with a strong sense of ownership. 
  • Great communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams, briefs and deadlines.
  • Experience with platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Shopify is a plus but not essential.
